The Mister Frazier Agency (MFA) is a full service talent management agency based out of Bay Area, California. As a full service agency, we identify all of our clients’ goals and circumstances and find comprehensive solutions of all of our clients’ life needs. MFA is owned by Scott F. Frazier and principally operated by Mr. Frazier with an association with Bill Henslee.

    Scott Frazier is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law with undergraduate studies in politics and theater and graduate studies in politics. Frazier has an extensive background in many aspects of the entertainment industry. A professional watercraft racer for over a decade, Frazier brings to the MFA experience on the client end of athletes’ needs. Upon law school graduation, Frazier began managing NFL players by securing endorsements, paid appearances, and publicity. 2003 found Frazier managing a multi-platinum selling band and assisting the careers of other known musicians. Frazier also brings, to the MFA, stage and camera experience including principal castings in two made for cable programs. Frazier has lectured at local universities and community colleges and has been an associate author of a textbook on civil procedure.

    Bill Henslee is tenured Professor of Law at Florida A&M University. Having graduated law school from Pepperdine University, Henslee continued his studies in the entertainment industry by acquiring a Film School MFA from the University of California at Los Angeles. Henslee is the author of the book Entertainment Law Careers, and has lectured on the subject of Entertainment Law at numerous universities. Henslee brings to MFA the experience of having managed and recruiting NFL players, negotiating record contracts, serving as an expert witness in high profile entertainment related trials, and having provided legal consultation in the entertainment industry for over a decade.
